What is LCCIEB's "Zusatzqualifikation Englisch" offer?

In response to demand from teachers the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Examinations Board (LCCIEB) is offering pupils at secondary schools throughout Germany the chance to gain an internationally recognised "extra" Certificate in Business English at a reduced price to help them in their future careers.

Is my school eligible?

The offer is open to pupils attending any of the following forms of schools within Germany:

  • Gesamtschulen
  • Realschulen
  • Gymnasien
  • Mittelschulen
  • Hauptschulen


Pupils must 18 years of age or under. If you are unsure as to whether your pupils are eligible, please contact us.

Which exams can my pupils take?

Pupils may choose any of the exams listed below. Click on the exam to find out more about the exam level, length and tasks invovled.

 

How much do the exams cost?

The exams are offered at the reduced price of 40,90 Euros each.

When can my pupils take the exam?

The exams are offered On Demand, which means you determine the exam date.

Where do my pupils take the exam?

Your pupils can take the exams in your school or in your local LCCIEB Examinations Centre (see registered Centre page).


Is there a minimum number?

There is no minimum number. LCCIEB will provide an exam for any number of candidates.

How do I prepare my pupils for the examination?
The LCCIEB provides a wide range of free support material to help you prepare your candidates for the exam. This includes a detailed exam syllabus for each level, past papers and model answers. To order these free materials go to Request Free Info. Furthermore the LCCIEB together with the German publisher Logophon GmbH has published a series of "How to Pass" books. Where can I get more information?
